SMS Program Description

Fair Claims Public Adjusting, LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with individuals who request a free claim review and expressly request text-message communication. Messages are limited to claim-related and customer-service purposes, including:

• Confirming receipt of a claim review request
• Requesting additional claim information
• Scheduling consultations
• Sending appointment reminders
• Providing claim status communications
• Following up about requested customer service

SMS messages are not used for mass marketing.

Telnyx provides SMS delivery services for this program.

Opt-In

You receive SMS messages only after expressly consenting by checking the separate SMS consent box on the Free Claim Review form. The box is optional and is not selected automatically.

Consent is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or obtaining services from Fair Claims Public Adjusting.
