Fair Claims Public Adjusting communicates with customers by text message only after they voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS communications where applicable.

How Customers Opt In

Customers opt in to SMS communications by completing our Free Claim Review form. During that process, the customer:

Enters their mobile phone number
Voluntarily checks the SMS consent checkbox
Submits the form

To be clear:

The SMS consent checkbox is optional.
It is never pre-selected.
SMS consent is not required to receive our services.
